 8th ExESS Usermeeting

On May 18th 2017 it was time for the 8th ExESS Usermeeting. Again in the Hilton Royal Parc in Soestduinen Trade Wind and Lisam met up with many users and prospects. As usual the new features in ExESS were scheduled, as well as requests and questions of our customers. Further we informed you about CHESSOL, the new offshoot to the Lisam-tribe en about the latest status regarding product notification at the Poison Information Information Centers. Finally, we had the company Mourik Services B.V. willing to tell us more about the practical function of an SDS for our customers.
We hope all participants had a good and educational day!
National Substancesday 2016
At December 13th 2016 the trade associations NRK, VVVF and NVZ, in cooperation with VNO/NCW and MKB Netherlands, organized the National Substancesday 2016. Trade Wind was present at this annual event, at Landgoed de Reehorst in Ede, as sponsor and with a booth. Focus this year was at SMEs that deal with hazardous substances.. This unique day brings together all the current knowledge about the safe and sound management of substances. Also this year there was a wide spectre of current workshops in the field of occupational health and environment and storage and transport regulations, an information market and networking opportunity.

At December 7th 2016 Trade Wind was present as a sponsor at the annual event Toxic-on-tour. This took place in the World Museum in Rotterdam. In the morning, the inspection Social Affairs talked about what is happening in the world of dangerous substances and what you need to know about the plans of the Ministry for 2017. In the afternoon, there was a refreshing tour on the water and by bus in the Rotterdam port area, co-attended by the Joint Fire Department Rotterdam.

Substances and H&S Day 2016, VNCI (Dutch Chemical Industry Association) and VHCP (Dutch Chemical Traders Association)
Also in 2016 Trade Wind was present at the Substances and H&S Day of VNCI. On June 30st  we had our own stand  in the Convention Center Woudschoten Zeist, where we provided information on the services of Trade Wind, the possibilities of ExESS and our MSDS distribution system DeDoks.
7th ExESS Usermeeting
It was about time on June 23rd 2016 to organize an ExESS User Meeting, the 7th now. This time at the Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen Trade Wind and Lisam met many users and prospects. Both new features as requests of customers were discussed. Of course there was also time for questions from the audience, submitted in advance or asked on the spot. Marten Kops of NVZ ended the day with an interesting contribution on eSDS for formulators, GEIS and SUMI's.
Chemical Watch Regulatory Summit 2015 USA
At December 9th and 10th 2015 SDS Authors (our new trade name) was present with a stand at the Chemical Watch Regulatory Summit at Renaissance Arlington Capital View in Arlington.
Chemical Watch organizes this annual two-day summit to assemble experts from around the world on the subject of regulation of chemicals. This summit provides a unique opportunity to be one step ahead of the latest legislation for the safe management of chemicals.
